From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Sonya delivered a clear and concise pitch that convinced me to schedule the roof inspection. Stephon was thorough and honest about what next steps would be. Christian provided exceptional communication as the liaison. Carlos and his team were efficient and professional in the installation of the roof. Everyone truly made this an amazing experience but Carlos was the glue that held it all together.
