From getting appointment set up through the office with Aime to having James come out two times, and sending his worker for the fix. The final leak was found and accomplished as well as some other items that needed updating due to newer 2020 codes and common good practices. Always professional folks! Payment very easy and even a discount for cash and or check! Highly recommend KTM. Emailed packet with details and photos and all for my records.

This is my third property and as many experiences with KTM Roofing, each of which has encouraged me to call them for the next project. Richard was informative, detailed, and especially sensitive to my needs to document the proposed roof and gutter replacement for the HOA. And he was patient while we waited for the approval to come through. Work was done as agreed--one day and I had a new roof! No mess in the yard; the dumpster came and went when promised; only a beautiful new roof left behind. KTM's prices are fair and they give excellent service in return. I highly recommend them.

KTM Roofing was unbelievable. They were very helpful in planning and executing roof and gutter work on our home. They priced the job better and anyone else and completed the early and under budget. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential project you have. Good people, great prices, expert work….what more can you ask for!!??

We have used KTM for 2 different homes. They replaced our roof 2 years ago for $25,000. Since then we have had 2 leaks which they declined to fix....said it wasn't their fault. We paid another company over $3000 to fix the roof. There were several issues deemed as poor workmanship and improperly installed flashing which they declined to fix. Just yesterday the third section of 4 cap shingle fell off the roof. Again we had another company come in and fix it since we expected that KTM would not honor their workmanship warranty. I will never use KTM roofing again and do not recommend them .
