Will and his team did a tremendous job! We were so pleased with Mighty Dogs entire process. When they initially came out and flew their drone I was wowed. They were able to show me areas of concern with such detail all while standing on the ground. They got to us very timely and listened to my concerns about weather. They did a very neat and tidy job. They covered our landscaping to protect it and swept for nails with a big magnet. If you’re in the market for a new roof I highly recommend Mighty Dog of Central Atlanta!

Update on July 7th Immediately the next day after I posted the below review, the owner, Will, called me personally, came to the house and fixed all the issues. This is one of the best services I have ever received. I have changed my mind and will definitely consider them for the gutter covers and future projects. Original review on July 5th They did gutter replacement on my house. Although they did overall ok job, they messed up on quite a few occasions: 1) Flood light stopped working after the installation. 2) The drain in the front is so deep, that water overflows on the ground, instead of going through chute. 3) Exposed wooden panels that was previously covered by gutter chute. It is exposed because they cut short the downspouts. See the picture. When I called these out to the point of contact, Derek Sanchez, he ignored these issues and refused to fix them. I do not recommend this service. I am planning to get gutter cover installed later this year, and will go with their competitors for this job.

I actually met Will a couple of years ago when I called Mighty Dog after a heavy rainstorm. Will came out, probably spent an hour inspecting the roof and gave me his honest opinion, the roof had some minor damage probably not storm related and it was in okay shape. He didn't try to hard sell or make it seem worse than it was just to sell a roof job. I was impressed by Will's professionalism and open communications. Fast forward 2-3 years, I am ready for a roof and I contacted Mighty Dog to get an estimate. Derek came out and it was the same experience, he listened to what we wanted, inspected the roof, took measurements, and said he would get an estimate back in a couple of days. Quote came in and they were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, just really competitive with the other quotes I had received. Given the customer experience we had with both Will and Derek we decided on Mighty Dog. We had new sheathing, all new shingles, added a ridge vent, replaced 2 skylights, and all new gutters and downspouts. We could not be happier with the final product. Both the gutter and roofing crews were so efficient, fast and clean it was really impressive. All of the landscaping was covered with tarps and they swept the yard twice with magnets to remove any errant nails. Will even came out after the job was done and swept for nails again. I hopefully will not need another roof in my lifetime, but, if I do, Mighty Dog will be my first call.

My experience with Mighty Dog Roofing was nothing short of excellent. Will was very knowledgeable and didn’t force me to do any more on the roof than what I asked. He gave me multiple quotes for different scenarios to give me time to consider everything. He was honest and gave great recommendations. As someone who has needed roofing work done before and had a terrible experience, I can genuinely say I will recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. When we need to replace our roof in the next few years, I will be coming back.
