From the first day I met him to the last of services he showed the highest level of professionalism and care. I was skeptical at first but he quickly put me at ease and explained the process and walked me through everything. I was able to finally get a new roof after several denials. Shelton was always either onsite or just a phone call away to answer any questions. He paid attention to every detail big or small. He made sure my roof installation was a smooth process. Dennis Chavez and his crew at Texas Premier Roofing were excellent. Dennis was easy to talk to, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. He worked well with the insurance adjuster and made sure the full extent of the damage was understood by being on-site during the inspection and assessment process. His crew was efficient, respectful, and impressively tidy throughout the project. They clearly went the extra mile to prevent any additional damage during the work, and their cleanup afterward was outstanding. Getting a roof replaced can be stressful, but Dennis and his team made the entire process very smooth and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Texas Premier Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

This man was the best. He was here during the entire install and handled the insurance for me. He was honest and showed the entire process from front to start and knew exactly what our roof needed. Dalton Howell is a wonderful friend of ours and an excellent Project Manager. We will be using them again next time.

It was a very good experience for us with Dawson. We had our roof replaced recently and he explained everything throughout the process. He dealt with our insurance very well.
