Had a great experience getting my roof replaced Ben was a great project manager and was very reaponsive throughout the entire process. Insurance initially declined the claim but Ben was able to get a secondary inspection and get the repairs covered. Roof looks great and followup has been good.

Ben @ Interstate did a great job coordinating our roof replacement - it was scheduled to accommodate our tight timeframe, and he additionally managed build of a small shed roof over our basement entryway stair, which needed to be done before the roof was replaced. There are surprises with any home project, once the old shingles were off we discovered that part of the roof was original slats which required throwing on a layer of sheathing at extra cost - to ease the pain Ben arranged a discount on the materials. Despite the surprise, the new roof was on within the day. Many thanks to Ben's dedication and the amazing Interstate Roofing team.

Bri is part of the Tennessee team and was super knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to work with. She showed up on time, explained that everything in detail and was very patient with me taking the time to educate me about my issue. Would definitely use them again and will recommend her to everyone.
