314 Roofing Solutions

After a tree limb hit the roof of my 5 yr old home it caused a medium size hole in the roof. I contacted 314 Roofing to evaluate the roof for a repair. A representative come out, take a look, and give me an estimate for the repair. The price for the repair was doable, and I asked for a quote for gutters. The representative suggested a roof maintenance. He explained what the roof maintenance covered and I agreed to include the package. Well, from that day to this one, I'm standing in a $1420.86 pile of regret. The gutters... I choose a mesh type that had a nice design. The gutter guard installers took two weeks past the install date to put them in, but get this, recycled the old gutters guards in with the new mesh gutter guards. The gutter guards look a mess! Two different types of gutter guards slapped together (my old and the new), gaps in the install, and smashed in mesh all around my home. During a look at the mess of a gutter gard install, I noticed a loose, lifted shingle close to a corner in the front of my home. I took a picture of the gutter job and included the picture if the loose shingle. I called to ask for a re-do of the gutter guards and addressed the loose shingle. When I reached someone on the line at 314 Roofing, an agreement was reached to redo the gutter guards. The loose/lifted shingle, well, all I got was double talk, if, and, but, and maybe. Just know...If, and, but, and maybe are all first cousin's. Had I had roofing experience; I would have found the loose shingle and repaired it, fixed the hole in the roof, and replace the gutter guards my dang self! I cancelled the redo of the gutter guards, asked for my invoice with thank you and please and I paid them. As they say in GAME OF THRONES "winter is coming". Here's my photo receipts!

I had a roof leak and had 5 separate appointments lined up for quotes. 314 Roofing was the most thorough with the inspection and reported all the issues I had on my roof and didn’t try to sell me on maintenance/repairs that I didn’t need. The 4 other quotes were missing something or another and I had to piece them together to see the scope of work needed on my roof that 314 was able to report in full. The communication regarding scheduling and completion of the project was excellent and very efficient. I received a report that included before and after photos of the areas that were worked on. This project was much less stressful than I had anticipated because of how quickly and smoothly it was all handled. I would absolutely recommend this company for any roof issues.

I began the process to replace my aging and leaking roof by obtaining several quotes. After a thorough roof inspection and several pricing-level proposals from sales rep Burke Abercrombie, I signed a re-roofing contract with 314 Roofing. On installation day, the materials and crew arrived before sunrise and completed the removal of the old roof, performed some attic rafter repairs, installed the new roof, and cleaned up everything by sunset. On-site project manager Jose Almanzar closely supervised the work from beginning to end. All in all, 314 Roofing performed the work according to my expectations and the details outlined in the contract. I particularly appreciated their care in protecting my landscaping & pool, cleaning up all the roof debris, and magnetically sweeping the area for nails & screws at the end of the job.
