Bellaire Roofing installed a roof on my house yesterday. They did a five star job from start to finish! Starting with Elizabeth’s help in the front office through to the 12 men crew who were on the roof, to the cleanup that finished up late last night. The company also had two men back early this morning to check Job site again. Everything was perfect! Nicholas Perez was by to check on the Job several times and came again at the wrap up to make sure everything was cleaned up I have been a real estate agent in the Memorial Area for over 30 years and I haven’t had the pleasure of an easier company to work with than Bellaire Roofing Plus, the price was great!

Bellaire Roofing Co installed our original roof 26 years ago, and the current team delivered the same skilled, reliable workmanship. During the project, they found and corrected faulty flashing repairs done by another company, improving both protection and appearance. The crew completed the roof in one day, worked efficiently, and left the property clean. The roof work was excellent, so we decided to move ahead with gutter upgrades—expanding from 5” to 6”, adding locally sourced mesh guards with rails, and reusing our existing 3x4" downspouts. A different crew handled the gutters, and some guards were installed incorrectly. Resolving the issue was frustrating until Nicholas and Elizabeth stepped in. Nicholas and Elizabeth were outstanding—clear about scope and cost, and very knowledgeable in addressing the gutter guard issues. We appreciate their dedication to delivering great results. Their professionalism and commitment to quality made all the difference.
