After i followed up about the pause in communication, Cabrera Brothers Roofing LLC had one of the owners call me back within 15 minutes, which got everything moving again right away. We were then given a new install day, and when weather caused a short delay, the team kept us informed. david, the project manager, called that morning and let me know they would begin around 2 PM. I was a little worried because rain was in the forecast later and this was a full roof replacement, but he explained the plan clearly and assured me the crew would finish the job the same day. I also asked about removing some roof decking near the gutters so we could make sure the attic ventilation and soffit vent airflow were not being blocked by insulation. He even picked up extra OSB decking on the way so they would be ready if more roof sheathing needed to be replaced. After the old shingles were torn off, we walked the roof together and reviewed the condition of the decking. At that point, we agreed it made sense to replace all of the roof decking across the entire roof for a better long-term result. The roofing crew worked fast and did excellent work. They installed 52 sheets of decking and completed the full new roof in about 4.5 hours. The finished roof looks great, and the workmanship was impressive from tear-off to cleanup. brandon stayed on site the whole time, answered all my questions, explained each step, and made me feel confident about the process.
