I had hail damage and used Elite Roofing. Joey Rodriguez was my project manager and was fantastic! I went with GAF Weathered Wood shingles, which is what I previously had on my roof. The example did not look like the color that was previously on my roof but Joey assured me that it would look exactly the same, and it did. Elite was excellent to work with. The office staff was helpful when I called and Joey was always available. Elite put on my roof in one day. They cleaned up great. I had a few small pieces of plaster that fell off my breakfast room ceiling when the guys were hammering the wood down (I don't have an attic in that room) Joey promptly had a person come out and repair it and touch up the paint. You can't even notice it ever happened. They are a great roofing company and would highly recommend them! My job was done through TWIA so I only had to pay my deductible.

I had a really good experience with Elite Pro roofing repair service. The technician Wil Harden was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and friendly. My husband and I really appreciated the fact that he explained in detail what he found and what needed to be done before doing the work. The repairs were done in a timely manner and expertly completed. Everyone I spoke with at Elite Pro were very professional, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole process feel a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely use this service again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Elite roofing did a fabulous job replacing my roof. Austin Thomas was spectacular to work with. He helped me every step of the way. Always took the time to answer my question. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. They work hard, clean afterwards, and the roof looks great. Elite also honor the original price with no surprises. I needed another repair for my roof, so I once again called Elite Roofing to handle the work. This experience was just as great as the first one. From the initial call I made to request a quote to the completion of the work and the follow-up call the next day, everything went smoothly. I hope I won’t need any roofing work done anytime soon, but I know who I will call when the need arises.
