I wanted to take a moment to share what a truly wonderful experience we had with Kainos during our recent roof replacement. I'll admit, I initially dreaded the idea of replacing our roof, but Kainos turned the process into something unexpectedly positive at every stage. From the outset, Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to clearly explain each step, walked us through our options, and offered thoughtful recommendations. Throughout the project, we always felt informed and reassured, thanks to their consistent communication and genuine concern for our satisfaction. Every member of the Kainos team we interacted with was professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to doing quality work. The crews who handled both our roof and gutter replacements truly went above and beyond, demonstrating attention to detail and respect for our property. The materials used were all top-notch, and we were pleased to find that even with the upgrades we chose—like improving our attic ventilation—the cost remained very reasonable. We're already experiencing the benefits of those upgrades, especially the addition of two solar gable fans, which Jimmy recommended. Our attic now stays at a more optimal temperature even during the hottest parts of the day, and we've observed a remarkable decrease in average humidity levels. Working with Kainos was a joy from start to finish, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Kainos Roofing. I called and spoke with Jimmy (the owner) about an inspection of my roof after Hurricane Beryl hit Houston in July 2024. Jimmy worked with me on the insurance claim, telling me it would take some time but that we would work through all the details. Jimmy told me about the lack of ventilation in the attic of our 1950s-built home. He advised that we install solar fans in the attic and ridge venting throughout the roof exterior. During the process, our family decided we wanted to install sky lights during the new roof installation and Jimmy helped me select skylights. The roof install went well and I can say, one month later, our home feels cooler and the added ventilation has improved air quality in the home. After the roof was complete, Jimmy's team had to complete the frames of the 3 installed skylights, bridging the gap from the top of our steepled roof to the ceiling of our living room. The gap was 5-6 feet through our attic. It was a very meticulous process and took more than a week for the crew to build the frame through our attic for each skylight. Jimmy's crew was outstanding with our family: polite, respectful and easy to be around as they worked. It was very impressive how they built each frame for each skylight and made the difficult angle work. They sanded the ceiling, textured to match the rest of my ceiling and painted a perfect match to my existing ceiling. The skylights have transformed our living room, bringing in natural light to a space that lacked it previously. The sky lights have remote controlled shades, allowing us to close the skylights from the inside if we want more shade. I wholeheartedly recommend Kainos Roofing and Jimmy's team for any roofing needs. Jimmy has tremendous customer service skills and will put you at ease before a big home decision.

Jimmy and his team were phenomenal from start to finish! They walked us through every single part of the process, answered our numerous questions & the final product was amazing.
