Like many in our neighborhood, the May hail storm trashed our roof and gutters. My neighbor had used M&M recently and I was impressed with the job they did on his home. Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Again, you can't go wrong with this company, and you will not find a better advocate than Tamara!

Recently we had our whole front fascia on our house torn off by the weight of clogged gutters. We called M&M on a Friday, and they had one of their guys out on Saturday to assess the damage. He put together proposals for both replacing the Hardie Fascia, and putting up new gutters. By Monday morning the crew was out putting up the new fascia, and replacing some ceiling soffit where water had softened the wood over time. They even painted the whole front porch and columns as part of the package. Everything was professionally done, and the end result looks great. Oscar, the crew chief, and his entire crew were very respectful, and did a first rate job cleaning up the area when they were done. A few days later, Harvey and his gutter crew installed the new gutters. This work was also top notch, and the color match perfect. Our service professional, Greg, made sure everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, & Windows to anyone needing to improve their home.

We are so very pleased with the workmanship and quality of service we received from Allen Shoemaker and his crew at M & M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Their team was amazing and had our old roof off and new one on in less than 8 hours! It turned out beautifully. We also needed gutters on the back of our house. Allen set it up and had his gutter team on it immediately after the roof was completed. They did such a great job!
