They inspected everything thoroughly and helped us understand what needed to be done without rushing the process. The installation took about three days, and the crew stayed organized and respectful of our property. Compared to our previous roof, this one feels much more secure and looks significantly better. They also handled cleanup carefully, which we appreciated. It’s a major repair, but the overall experience felt smooth and professionally managed from start to finish.

We first worked with Shane and co when we first bought our three story town home three years ago. His crew repaired some issues on our roof found during inspection at a very fair price, without trying to upsell us or push us into replacing the roof early. They were honest about the condition of the roof, and in their assessment that it would be fine for a while yet. When we were finally ready to replace the roof this year, Monarch's estimate was incredibly competitive, with the same brand-name shingles and roofing system AND a 30 year warranty. Shane was very accommodating of our schedule and availability. His roofing crew was fast (again, while working three stories up!) and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up, too. The final invoice total was under the initial estimate. I highly recommend Monarch roofing!
