I’m a very picky and methodical buyer , after years of experience in the car business I learned to be patient , to do a lot of research , gather my data and compare before making a major purchase and that’s exactly what I did when it came to replacing my roof. I scheduled and sat in 15 estimates, interviews and appraisals. I am very happy that I did all that research because I made a conscious choice in hiring Rescue Roofing and did NOT disappoint! From beginning to end it was an amazing experience, Justin ( the salesperson) was amazing , a no pressure kind of guy answered all my questions and was always one text away from, answered all my questions and kept me updated through the process. Of all the 15 quotes I received Rescue Roofing gave me the third best price but that’s using the best material available in the market and with a 30 year warranty , when you put that in perspective they gave me the best price , the best material and the best warranty , so it was a no brainer choosing them over the rest. The installation date was picked and they showed up at the time agreed and went to work right away, and the job they did was amazing , all my neighbors stopped by to ask about them , the whole installation process took less than a day’s work even if you were a banker ! My check from the insurance had not cleared my bank just yet and they still installed my roof and simply told me to contact them once it cleared and I was ready to pay. The owner himself called me , emailed me and texted me to ensure everything was done as expected and to make sure I was happy during the process , it’s rare you get to speak to the head of a company nowadays , but this man took the time to check up on me and my family and when I told him I have a toddler and I wasn’t sure when I’d go back to our routine of playing in the yard he even offered a second and third crew to come and look for nails and debris so that nothing would happen to my little one , and that was the most important aspect of the installation. After the installation was completed they email me all the documentation for warranty and paperwork for the insurance company as well as provided me with so many pictures to see the big difference there was before , during and after ! My house looks amazing , I feel like I got the best deal I could possibly gotten and I fully recommend Rescue Roofing to anyone considering to get their roof replaced. Jose M.

I would have to give this company five stars due to the professionalism, the work ethic and the craftsmanship.. Edgar made sure everything was done properly even the representative who came to speak to me about different roofing options was very pleasant and upfront. I love the fact that the company allows you to pay everything right after the job is done so many people runoff once you give them their your money and they don’t do the work . Rescue Roofing did amazing! The communication was clear before during and after the roof installation thanks to Komail & Edgar. Edgar was very communicative throughout the entire installation process and was always available when I called to answer any question. He even paved a safe way for me to walk my dogs throughout the day. His whole crew worked hard all day. The roof looks spectacular and I would definitely recommend Rescue Roofing to anyone!
