I’ve been working with Justin Wymer, and I’ve been completely impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through our roofing options, explaining the benefits of each, pricing, potential insurance discounts, material delivery logistics, and exactly what to expect on the day of installation. On installation day, Justin arrived with a crew of seven, and I was genuinely impressed by how organized and meticulous they were with their materials. Their attention to detail made cleanup easy and helped ensure nothing around the property was damaged. It was also an especially windy day, which made it even more impressive how clean they kept the surrounding area throughout the job. After the work was completed and the crew left, Justin stayed for another hour to walk through everything with us and answer any remaining questions. Because the experience has been so positive, we’ve already started discussing another project with him to cover our pergola.
