I was really impressed with AJF Roofing Boca Raton. They went above and beyond with updating my old shingle roof to a beautiful Barrel Tile roof. All the materials were made right here in Florida. Eugenio and Daniela utilized the finest materials available on the market. They scraped off the old roof and had it dried in with new underlayment and drip edges by sunset the same day. The team worked super hard to complete it in one day. The roof had a lot of soft/rotted wood from previous roof installations. They replaced it with high-quality wood and did an outstanding job replacing the decking and eaves with all new wood. Two days later, the tile arrived, and the next day they were on the roof laying the tile down. We ordered the three-tone Barcelona Buckskin tile, and AJF Roofing blended it well. No streaks, hotspots, or bloches in the tile. Three days later, the roof was done. I never thought I could get a roof replaced that quickly. Daniela had everything planned out in perfect sequence. No delays at all. Daniela even suggested the trim colors that we now love. I was impressed! Don’t look any further, AJF Roofing is the way to go for your new roof! Reasonably priced, quick, efficient, great with communication, keeping you updated on the installation with pictures and suggestions through the entire process. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and picking up debris as the crew was still working. I recently had Daniela and her crew out to install a new roof on my home in Boca and am absolutely satisfied from start to finish! Daniela was extremely easy to work with, was incredibly insightful and tailored the experience to meet my needs! Her crew that installed the roof was respectful, quick and they didn't leave a trace of garbage or roof materials anywhere! I had a "barefoot" lawn previously and am proud to say it is still in tact with no nails anywhere! I am absolutely over the moon on how everything turned out and will recommend AJF Roofing to my neighbors, friends and family!! Well done AJF Team!

I was very happy with the administration, communication, and installation of our new roof. Everything was explained clearly before work started and the company honored the time frame to which they committed. All paperwork regarding inspections and legal documents were completed accurately and in a timely fashion. Plus Daniela who coordinates everything is amazing both in skill and demeanor. I have to trust that they will be equally responsive should some future event necessitate me contacting them regarding any issues with the new roof.

This company had it all planned from beginning to end. We signed the contract and the wheels started turning. JP kept us up to date on all the progress. The materials showed up Monday, the tear down and placement of the 30lb. paper was Tuesday, inspected on Wednesday then the shingles were placed on Thursday and Friday. We were able to entertain Saturday morning. Less than a week they were done with a majority of the work. They cleaned up everything for us to have out party on Saturday, which was very nice of them. They returned Monday to finish with some touch up painting of the soffit. I was worried because the price was so good to be true, but I can honestly say they were true to their word. I needed 5 sheets of plywood and over a hundred feet of fascia board. I was pleasantly surprised how little all that extra wood cost me. I attached pictures. JP worked with my gas guy who had to replace my stack and he was very accommodating. Anyone can feel free to contact me for a reference. I have nothing negative to say about this roof experience.
