Canopy Roofing exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Luis made the entire process easy by putting together a clear and detailed contract, answering all of my questions, and making sure everything was straightforward. Julie did an outstanding job keeping me informed every step of the way, providing timely updates and making the entire project stress-free. The roofing crew was incredibly efficient, professional, and hardworking. They completed the job on schedule and paid close attention to every detail. I was especially impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up after the work was finished—you could hardly tell they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Canopy Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, excellent communication, and a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

I originally meant to write this review after Canopy Roofing installed my concrete tile roof about 2.5 years ago, but better late than never! I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed—and they don't even do TPO flat roofs—Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

Federico and his team at Canopy Roofing are top notch. From the initial quote process to the installation, the level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were very very good. Federico goes out of his way to make sure that everything is well thought out and executed to perfection. For example, we picked out a blend that had some unique features and Federico made sure he was present during the initial tiling days to ensure the blend was installed correctly. Additionally, his team was good about following instructions on certain areas to put extra coverage on and where to park and not park. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Federico and the team at Canopy to anyone looking for a roof replacement or any other work. High integrity, honest, hard working team that delivers a high quality product and experience.

We recently had our roof redone with Canopy Roofing. From the initial quote process to final inspection we found them to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, detail oriented and kept you informed during the entire process. Their entire crew was always on-time, hard working and cleaned up everything before they left. Overall we had a great experience dealing with Canopy Roofing and would highly recommend them.
