I selected this company from among eight competitors. They did an excellent pre-sales job. I requested up to three contract revisions, and Jireh was always the fastest company to respond. Here are the reasons for my choice. 1) They are BBB accredited with an A+ rating. 2) They are one of the few companies certified by GAF, allowing them to offer a 15-year warranty. 3) The contract had no hidden costs, unlike others I reviewed. 4) Their pre-sales work was excellent, and 5) I was always in direct contact with the owners. 6) They were willing to follow the city’s best building code guidelines, whereas other companies try to cut costs by not following best practices when they are presented only as recommendations. During execution, they started the work immediately, just as promised, which was critical since I was under pressure from my insurance company. They completed the job in two days, despite the heavy rain we experienced. Employees worked at all times under the direct supervision of the company owners. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and answered all my questions. They sent photos of the work in progress and maintained constant communication. Their team worked very professionally and left the job site clean and well organized. Finally, they offered a competitive price compared to other companies. I fully recommend them.
