He gives honest opinions, answers the phone, commits to the job, shows up when he says he will, and delivers exactly what he promises, which is rare in Miami in this industry. I’ve recommended him to friends and family, and he has come through for them as well. I’ve used him on over a dozen roofs over the past decade and have never had an issue. About five years after he completed one of our roofs, a small problem came up and he came back to help fix it even though it really wasn’t a warranty issue. He genuinely tries to help his clients and consistently comes through. At this point I wouldn’t call another roofer in Miami as I’ve been completely spoiled by Mike. Highly recommend!
