I don't normally take the time to write reviews about companies, but I had to make an exception this time because Palma Roofing did such an outstanding job replacing my roof. The experience was so positive that we hired them to replace my daughter's roof as well. She was so happy with the work they did that she called me crying tears of joy. Even though it was not part of the original scope of work, they replaced sections of the fascia that needed attention and also painted them for her. Oscar Palma, the owner, truly went above and beyond to help. He discovered that the previous roof had been installed improperly and was not up to city code. Before installing the new shingles, he added extra insulation, which has made a noticeable difference. The house is now much cooler than it was before. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. They completed the project on time, exactly as promised.
