Amazing team at "Built Roofing". Highly recommend - 5 stars all around! Price, communication, quality, installation and speed were top notch. I've never had the privilege of working with a vendor that was as organized and professional as John and his team! Also, the quality of the product and labor was far superior than other quotes we received at the same price.

From start to finish, Built Roofing exceeded my expectations. Not one to get too excited about a roof replacement but the whole process was thorough and explained in detail. A special thank you to John Campbell who took the time to ease my apprehension at a trying time in my personal life. Once approved it was straight forward and effortless. During the initial inspection, John noticed some soft spots on the roof where I had some leaks from a hail storm. John pointed out the damage, took pictures and I decided to move forward with my claim. Anytime I had questions or concerns, John ALWAYS called me back and explained to me what the next steps were to move forward. On our next visit we sat down and went over which shingle and color I could use based on my HOA guidelines. After careful review I found one that actually compliments my brick exterior on the house and I absolutely love it! After confirming my choice and figuring out the delivery date the work began fairly quickly. The entire crew were punctual, professional and fast. John was ALWAYS on site to make sure everything went smoothly (which it did). During the re-shingle, John noticed an area that he wanted to further investigate so asked if he could get up to the attic over the garage. Once up there he noticed that I had a little bit of termite activity due to moisture that had happened during the storm. I immediately called my termite company and they came out the very next day to treat the area which turned out to be minimal. Point being, John is so thorough and detailed that he saved me a potential future headache and for that I am grateful! When all said and done, I was extremely impressed with the overall workmanship, quality and friendliness of the entire crew. Not only does my roof look great but my neighbors are also using them because of the overall satisfaction that Built Roofing provides!!

I recently had my roof done and I’m very happy with the results. John Campbell did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, respectful, and paid great attention to detail. The work was completed on time and everything was left clean and organized. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work. I highly recommend him and the company!

If you're looking for a quick response, Built is the company! I'm not kidding. Prompt. Communication was top notch. They provided immediate answers to all my questions which made going forward with the the project easier. I wanted to upgrade to a TPO roofing system for a more durable roof so having my questions answered timely was important. The roof looks amazing. New roofing vents and the wrap around the power pole makes it look so finished. The water flows so much better throughout the gutter system. I highly recommend the TPO if you want to have a more sound roof. Thank you Matt!! You and your team have made a long lasting and beautiful improvement to my home.
