City Roofing and Remodeling

I never used this company before, but they happen to be in my community and one of their workers decided to park their vehicle partially in front of my driveway as well as blocking my yard waste. They were apparently here for the people across the street from me. I had just pulled into my driveway when he was also getting there. I kindly asked the man not to block my yard waste and he sarcastically said to me “is it coming now” I said I’m not sure because I called them and they are behind due to the hurricane. I then asked who he was visiting and he told me the folks across the street so I asked him to park across the street and he was super rude and told me no because this is a public street. I then proceeded to explain that he is partially blocking the entrance to my drive way and that my daughter has to get in soon as well and he did not care he was continuing to do what he wanted. I started to record the vehicle so that I can report him to the company and he took out his phone and started recording me. I told him not to do that he continued. I never recorded him only the vehicle. I would never use a company who has people like this. I will be calling to complain about this gentleman and I feel like, had my husband been home and asked him he would have moved but he doesn’t respect women and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills for this company.

Our roof needed to be replaced due to hurricane Milton and City Roofing and Remodeling was chosen by our insurance company to repair our roof. We encountered hiccups at first due to the busy holiday season, but Josh took good care of our case and made sure that things were done right. Communication is very important to us and we really appreciate how Josh always kept us updated. He was on board since our account was assigned to him and he got things done! His team was awesome in installing our roof and they made sure that our place was clean after the installation. They took their time and didn't rush the entire process. We really appreciate Josh's professionalism and efficiency and if you ever need to have your roof fixed or replaced, ask for Josh!

My experience with City Roofing was amazing! I was most impressed by Brandon's customer service. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, their team was professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. Brandon was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I couldn’t be happier with a job will done on my roof replacement. Price was fair. Greg was in charge with my roof replacement, very professional and honest. After the job was done he came back to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks for a job well done
