I found myself in need of a new roof due to Hurricane Milton, and my recent experience with DRS Roofing has been phenomenal. Our sales rep, Brandon Kephart kept us updated with the process and what to expect from start to finish, as well as made sure everything was on schedule and it shows that he truly cares about his customers. The team that came and installed the roof was awesome, and did very well at keeping the area around the house clean. As someone with 4 dogs that like to explore and find everything to chew on that they aren't supposed to - I was very happy with how clean they left our yard. They worked hard and got it done quickly. I've already gotten many compliments from the neighbors! I would recommend DRS Roofing of Central Florida to anyone who is in need of a new roof!

DRS roofers are professionals. I'm a repeat customer, but I still bided the project among 5 roofers. From initial phone call bid to final re-roof inspection, they worked with speed, quality (Pinnacle Atlas shingle, real plywood not OSB), and efficiency. Schedule they laid out was followed to a tee. Shane Waters knows the business very well, worked a competitive deal, easy to communicate with, always responds. Process went very smoothly. In addition to retail, they are also a pro-shop/exclusive roofing contractor for major FL home insurance carriers, thus, lots of experience.

In September, we needed to replace our roof quickly to resolve an HOA violation. DRS handled the issue very promptly and professionally, and they answered all my questions right away. I had a concern about a shadow line I noticed from ground, and Shane responded with a photo that completely cleared up my doubts. The entire roof replacement process was smooth.
