We had a great experience with Integrity Roofing and especially Lenny - our estimator, point of contact, and follow-up person. Danielle as well over the phone for initial contact. Lenny’s a super guy to deal with - very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. We easily talked through the whole process and he addressed all of my questions. He built up a level of trust that was a big part of us deciding to go with Integrity Roofing. As for the roof, it came out fantastic! We’re definitely happy with it. A little delay with the permitting, but that was on the County. Once the crew was here, they crushed it out in no time and it’s a professional job with good quality materials. Small house, but pics show how it looks. Guys left the entire area immaculate when they left. Lenny followed up with drone pics to get a good look at the finished product. I reached out to a number of local and regional roofing companies that service West Palm Beach. It became clear quickly after speaking and meeting Trevor that Integrity was the best choice. Not because of a “gut” feeling (had that too) but more so because of the attention to detail, ability to listen/understand and offer options. The roof and custom work turned out great.
