When they offered to inspect my roof, I was skeptical and doubtful about how it could possibly have any damage if it looked fine. But when the Project Manager, Mr. Luis Chang Medina of JAEA (JA Edwards of America, Inc.), brought the inspector, they found hail damage. After a dispute lasting a week or two, we took my home insurance company to arbitration, and they agreed to pay for the roof replacement. Miguel Silva was wonderful to work with. The price was fair, and he took the time to educate and guide me from start to finish of my reroof project. His communication was excellent, and I always felt taken care of. The roofers, especially Abel, were outstanding. They kept my property clean the entire time, performed a magnet sweep, and even cleaned my neighbor’s yard. I am very happy with everything and would gladly recommend Miguel and his team.
