Doug was the lowest cost of the 4 estimates I received, and yet accounted for items that likely would have led to additional costs by the others. He was thorough in his assessment and guided me through shingle and flashing choice, and details of the repairs. He checked in every day, and his crew did a good job. We had one hiccup regarding removal of some vegetation, but Doug bought replacement plants and even offered to install them. He is a man of his word, and I would use him again.

Based on other excellent reviews, we decided to call Orlando Roof Tech, and we’re very glad we did. Doug came out to inspect our entire tile roof after the freezing temperatures this winter drove animals into our attic. Doug quickly identified the obvious entry points and knew exactly how to repair them. He also repaired and replaced many broken and cracked tiles, helping us avoid future roofing issues. In addition, he discovered a poorly repaired dryer vent from a handyman's previous work and fixed it properly before it could cause bigger problems down the road. Doug is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. His crew was equally impressive. The pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of the work gave us great peace of mind.
