Thomas Roofing & Repair did an amazing job all around on the new solar attic fan install. I reached out to them less than a week ago seeking a company to replace my dead solar attic fan. Over the phone, we discussed a couple of options - they sent me a quote within minutes. The installer who showed up was very good and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of roof work done. I will be using them for my next roof when that time comes.

Called Thomas roofing and they sent out a guy named Kevin and he came out quick and gave me a real competitive price. He was very knowledgeable and even tried to fix my small leak in my shingle roof for nothing. I scheduled with Kevin and within 2 weeks they were on it. Our roof was a little over 15 years old and we used them this past week to replace it. They did a great job and I’m very happy so far. Thank you Kevin for checking in on both days of the installation to make sure it was done right and I was happy.

Excellent company to work with, very fair price and work was completed quickly. They rebuilt my chimney that was leaking and replaced all the flashing around it making it completely waterproof. Only issue would be some gaps in the corner boards that were left exposed, probably should be caulked. Other than that excellent working with them!

I’m going to start by saying that I get a good price and delivery was on time but talking about the job done, not so happy. The house is a rental property so I went last week and the company came a month ago to fix some details and found some more but is frustrating to be calling for complaints on top of that from the beginning I stated my worries about the gutters and I was told to not be worried and now is leaking on every corner and last time they came they put the ladder and scratch the gutters in the areas they work now I need to spend over $700 for fixing all this problem and to be honest they were very polite every time I call but the workers they have don’t take pride in their job, so many people ask about our roof and I tell them I got a good price but I’m not gonna recommend if they have gutters because if anything happens they not fixing even if they say they will, because that was the most that I mention and after I paid that’s it now is my problem. Most of the time cheap is headache.
