Highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Repair especially Louis as the job supervisor!! We first met Garth and Chris who were also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful getting things going with our roofing claim and kept us in the loop as the process moved along. We had some questions about roof ventilation and insulation issues which Louis was able to help us with. Louis completely understood what we were asking for!! He came up with the perfect solution to the problem (air flow through the attic and insulation in a flat roof that was originally a patio) at a reasonable cost. Insurance was dragging their feet on the claim but once we got the ins co on board Phoenix Roofing had everything ordered and the roof on in no time at all!! Louis and his team had the roof completed in one and a half days!! Louis also let me know he was available to call anytime, with any questions and he would be over to check out if anything came up with the job. Thanks everyone so much!! Our roof looks great!!

I had the pleasure of working with Josiah and his team at Phoenix Roofing for the 2nd time in 3 years due to a storm damage at my property in AZ. They were very helpful in negotiating with the insurance adjuster to get the full scope of work approved before they started working on the repairs. It took a while to complete the negotiation and the repairs, but the team completed mitigation activities immediately. They were also prompt in addressing some minor issues that were reported immediately after completing the roof repairs. It would have been better if we got the repairs done sooner, but part of the delay is with the insurance company. Thank you, Phoenix Roofing, for the resurfacing project and the recent storm damage repairs.
