Thank God for Texas Family Roofing, Travis was able to find the issue and sealed the cracks between 2 pieces of metal where rainwater was entering between the upper 1st level/lower 2nd level. Travis was very understanding of the frustration I was dealing with. There was a leak in my ceiling but could not find the cause. I had 2 other roofing companies do inspections for this same leak but they were not able to find the cause. And my suspicion of the same area where the leak originated I was told by the Rhino Roofers that it looked sealed… so, I will depend on Texas Family Roofing if I ever need to call a roofing company again… and if any of my friends or colleagues need a roofing company, I recommend TEXAS FAMILY ROOFING.

My girlfriend had Texas Family Roofing out after a leak in her house. Everything started out great. After we signed the estimate everything fell apart. The repair guy showed up late and looked like a guy off the street. It took him less than 40 minutes to do the work. That would be fine if it actually fixed the problem. Five days later it was still leaking. She called the office and this is where it got really upsetting. The guy who answered was so rude. He acted like she was bothering him. They set up a time to come out and check the leak out. Of course, they never showed up. Called back in to the office asking to speak to a manager and got nothing but the run around. I called three different times and the same thing was said. “They are not available and we will have them call you”. Never got the call. I decided to go by their office and speak to someone directly. After multiple attempts to get this problem resolved and nothing but excuses or the run around. We had to pay another company to actually fix the problem. Come to find out the sales guy missed the actual problem. No wonder why it kept leaking. Do yourself a favor and find a different roofing company.

They were quick painless and professional. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service. I called another company and they told me it would take over 40 days to come look at my leak. Texas family came the next day and fixed the issue within 7 days (no-hassle, no upsell). The entire process was transparent.

We had many quotes and estimates performed but we chose them because of their honest and transparent analysis. They didn’t speak down about their competition which I respected, they explained in great detail they have over 25+ years in the roofing business in CTX, their quality control measures, the materials they use, the warranties provided in workmanship and manufacturer’s material warranty, and the cleanup process. The crew performing the work was exceptional and even found a corrected a hidden problem with a birds nest in the duct work that would have been a potential fire hazard. Materials were delivered on time, crews were early and ready to go, and completed the entire installation job in one day. Honestly, their salesman Travis Kelly did such a great job presenting our options and even addressed (what others missed) the attic venting issues the decision to use Texas Family Roofing was easy and after the instillation was definitely made the right call. 5 stars from me and would recommend them for anyone considering a new roof!!!!
