I had my 40+ year old metal roof replaced with a new standing seam metal roof. Jordan Taylor and his crew worked diligently to complete this work and addressed all my questions and concerns during the process. They were very patient, considerate, respectful and friendly. I would definitely use them again. I had three different quotes and they were very competitive. They cleaned up very well to my satisfaction after all the work was done. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy with minimal to no oversight needed.

I recently became a first-time homeowner and did not know much about owning or maintaining a house yet. During the option period, I urgently needed to understand the condition of the roof, so I started looking for a roofing company. I am really glad I reached out to WDR and got connected with Blake. Blake was very attentive and proactive. He was punctual, thorough, and professional. Even with my urgent request, he made time to visit the property and carefully examined the roof. He gave me a detailed and honest assessment and clearly explained what he found, what it meant, and what could be done. He really helped me make an informed decision. Luckily the roof only had a few minor cosmetic issues that he was able to repair quickly. The repairs were done professionally, and before I even asked, he already had photos of the completed work ready. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions about the roof. Even though I know that could have been annoying, he took the time to patiently answer everything and even explained additional things about how roofs work, such as boots, vents, drip edges, and other components that I would not have known about otherwise. I recently worked with Jordan at Water Damage & Roofing and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. A few months ago, a tree trimming service dropped what can only be described as a Winnebago-sized branch onto our fence and shed. The fence didn’t survive—but thankfully, the shed only lost a few shingles. I reached out to several roofing companies, and most didn’t even respond (apparently “small job” translates to “no thanks”). Not WDR. Jordan showed up as a true professional and a great representative of the company’s commitment to building real relationships. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Unlike the other contractors I managed to wrangle over, Jordan actually climbed onto the shed roof and gave it a thorough inspection. He even pointed out a couple of unrelated minor issues and took the time to explain some construction details—without making me feel like I needed a hard hat and a degree to keep up. To top it all off, his quote was the most fair. On the day of the repair, he arrived early, worked efficiently, and did excellent work. Hopefully, I won’t need a roofer again anytime soon—but if I do, Jordan and WDR are my first call. Five big stars!

Fantastic service! Daniel was an amazing communicator and I appreciated that he took the time to come out, inspect the property, and properly explain what I did or did not need to do. Would use again or recommend for a complete roof and gutter replacement.
