Excellent experience from start to finish! The contractor, Neil Simon did an amazing job negotiating with my insurance company and getting my new roof. Previously, I was denied a new roof by my insurance company that only agreed to cover repairs to my roof. Neil and his team from “ Priority Roofing” was professional, on time, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the process, answered all my questions, and delivered high-quality work. The cleanup was thorough, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It is no longer an “eye-soar” on my street. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone needing roofing work! I can't express enough on what a LIFESAVER Anthony Beltrez at Priority Roofing was throughout my entire insurance claim nightmare! He helped me navigate my entire 9mo long claim processes (entirely caused by my cheap "low cost" insurance provider) that eventually ended up with a beautifully replaced roof with his team that got their portion of the job done within just a day! His team was very professional and I couldn't have made it through the insurance hoops without his expertise! Jeremiah and the Priority Roofing crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Jeremiah provided excellent communication to update me on all parts of my Roofing installation. On the day of the roof installation, the crew came early and worked really hard throughout the whole day. They provided picture updates of my roof the entire day of the install. They did an excellent job of installing the roof and clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Priority Roofing.
