I want to thank James Young for going above and beyond to help me out! I’ve been living in my home for over 16 plus years and I never realized the importance of having downspouts. I advised James, I had been struggling every time it would rain. It seemed as though each and every time it rained, a waterfall would come gushing down the hillslope up ahead into my backyard and around the sides of my home. Standing water could sit there for days after it rained, creating issues with my foundation. And on top of that my neighbor’s drainage pipe had busted, creating additional standing water to sit on one side of my house. As soon as James heard everything that was going on, he quickly had his crew come out to my home same day to let me choose the color I’d like for the downspouts & gutters and took measurements on the exterior of my home. The installation took place the following day. A year later my house is standing strong, because of James. I no longer have any water or foundation issues. I don’t know what I would have done without his help. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done to get your issues resolved.
