Firehouse Roofing

Today I had a wonderful experience with Firehouse Roofing teaming up with Milestone having my HVAC replaced. Jordan Bauer represented Firehouse and was very professional with our conversations, thoroughly inspected the roof and the home for any concerns - he found some issues that he immediately fixed and ensured the home was properly taken care of right on the spot. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and professionalism - Jordan is highly recommended by me and would share his name and Firehouse with my family, friends, and clients.

Brandon was great! I received a notification about an hour before he arrived with his ETA. He performed all the work in a timely manner. I was on an important work call I couldn’t step away from while he was on site. He communicated the process and job completion via text like I asked. No complaints or issues at all, great experience! Will definitely use Firehouse Roof Refresh in the future!!

Excellent customer experience. Two gentlemen in particular helped to make this positive & deserve recognition. For all of the upfront discussions, coordination, etc. I worked with Skyler and onsite during the job was Leon. Both of them were extremely helpful & responsive throughout the duration of our project. Had never worked w/ Firehouse before, but was referred to them by Milestone Electric/HVAC. Big thumbs up!
