We had a very long and frustrating insurance process that lasted nearly a year, including filing a complaint with the TDI and ultimately using the appraisal clause to get a fair settlement. Dustin with Reformed Roofing stuck with us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer our questions and explain our options. Thanks to his persistence, we finally received enough to replace our deficient roof properly. If anyone is thinking of having work done or due to unfortunate circumstances needing a new roof, I highly recommend Dustin and Reformed Roofing. After a terrible storm and picking up pieces of my roof on the ground in the early morning hours I noticed Dustin on my neighbor's roof assesing damage. Not knowing who to turn to myself or who to call I asked if he could give me some advice. Not only did he give advice but he took the time to inspect the damage amd give me a fact of the matter talk. Contacted my insurance company and we started the process. His communication was consistent and straight forward. He walked me through the process and the intricate dance of dealing with insurance company, appraiser and processing agent. I was fortunate to have an insurance company that covered the loss where others were not. Once everything was settled, the work started and roof was put on with great workers and competent cleanup. Gutters were installed a few days later again with complete communication and follow up. I can honestly say I'm extremely pleased with the entire process and results. And let's be truthful..who can say that about really anything these days? Don't hesitate even if it's just for an evaluation

Dustin and his team were great with a single day installation of my new roof. The price was competitive and their cleanup (critical) was better than I expected. I would not hesitate to hire them for my next roof problem which hopefully won't be needed for many years.

Dustin was quick to come by and give me an estimate for my siding repair. The price was reasonable for the work needed. Also replaced the bottoms of the 2 X 6’s on the garage door openings. The Hardie Plank was replaced and everything painted in 1.5 days. The crew was nice and professional. The work was completed as expected.
