We had some water damage on our front porch that was an eye sore and seemed to be getting by worse over the years. It also seemed to be related to some wood damage in the adjoining soffit and fascia above. We called Chris at 730 South Exteriors to get an estimate. He sent someone out the next day for an inspection, offered a solution, and had competitive pricing. They gave us an estimate and a few days to choose from for the repair which was great. They came on the day we chose and their crew was respectful and communicative. They repaired the damaged area and were able to paint match the colors. It turned out better than we were expecting! We now have peace of mind knowing that the existing damage has been repaired, and it looks great! We will definitely be using Chris and his team for any other exterior work, and will be recommending their services to our friends and neighbors. Thank you Chris!

Added a bathroom fan to my powder room, and needed both the ducting and an opening made into the roof. Chris (the owner) responded very quickly, and sent out one of his subs, Omar, to do the job. Nothing but good things to say about the level of communication, efficiency, and most importantly, the quality of the work. I was formerly in the construction industry myself, so have a particularly scrutinizing eye for these things. They all went above and beyond. Will do business again with these folks.

I first worked with 730 South Exteriors several years ago when they replaced my roof, long before I became part of the company. 1. 730 South Exteriors is a fantastic company. Chris (owner) is thorough, thoughtful, and always looking to do what is best for the customer. We used Chris and 730 South Exteriors for a new roof install in Jul-24 and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. Importantly, Omar and the roofing crew are FANTASTIC! Omar is incredibly detail oriented, thorough, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Omar went into our attic to block off an unused gable vent and he did so without complaint and with a positive attitude. Omar and his crew showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. I could go on and on about Omar and his entire crew. We also really enjoyed our time working with Brian. Brian was the first person at the company we interacted with and helped do an initial roof inspection and interfaced with the roofing company. Brian was also incredibly patient throughout the process as he needed to return to our house 3-4x when the insurance company had scheduling issues. Brian is good guy and that says it all. I don’t leave many reviews, yet thought it would be a disservice to 730 South Exteriors and the community if I didn’t make it known how much of a pleasure it was to work with them and we look forward to many more projects with them in the future.
