Commercial Roofing Contractor

Complete Chaos, Disorganization, and Poor Workmanship I am an employee at a busy local business, and our company recently hired this contractor for a full roof and siding replacement. Managing our daily operations is demanding enough, but dealing with this contractor made running our business nearly impossible. I would strongly advise any commercial property against hiring them. Constant Operational Disruptions Zero Communication: We were rarely given accurate timelines about when specific areas of our building or parking lot would be blocked off. Extreme Noise Chaos: Crews worked without warning during our peak client meetings, creating a completely unprofessional environment for our customers. Safety Hazards: Debris, nails, and old materials were routinely left in areas where both employees and clients walk. Awful Workmanship & Mixed Materials Two-Tone Tin Mishap: The most glaring issue is that they used two completely different colors of tin on our building. It looks incredibly sloppy, mismatched, and entirely unprofessional for a commercial property. Cutting Corners: Flashings are crooked, seams on the siding are uneven, and the overall finishing work looks rushed and cheap. The Bottom Line They showed a complete lack of disrespect for our business operations, our staff, and our clients. Promise to correct issues have gone unanswered for months!! To top it off, the final product looks terrible due to the mismatched materials and careless installation. Save your business the headache and look for a professional team that understands how to manage a commercial project.

The owner Chris is handling the issues. I will revise my review when he is finished. EDIT 6-18-2026 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 7 months later and the roof is 2 different colors and Commercial Roofing Contractor is MIA. A roof and siding replacement with paint job is now 3 years old and I have 2 different colors of tin on my roof. CRC has decided to not return calls now after the owner saying he would take care of this its now worse. Chris has taken zero ownership in this mess his company has created (contractor or not its your company that got paid to do the job). If you chose to use CRC for your project just know that they will use subs and they will not use quality ones, or make them do the work they were paid to do. You might even get a multi colored roof you didn't ask for. With all the choices you have for contractors to do work do you really want to take a chance your roof will look like mine and CRC will not care? Hopefully you read this review and think yup not gonna take that chance and find a different company. I now have to get my attorney and send letters and wait longer for the legal system to sort this mess out. Something I hope you won't have to experience. Look at my pictures to see the work they feel is quality. If you like that work you should call them for work on your house or business. Fair warning to stay away from CRC Contractor at all costs.

This company is amazing! They are incredibly easy to work with, very responsive, and extremely reliable. I’ve worked with them multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. They even went the extra mile to help me complete my project with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and dependable support. I am an engineer at an oil company based in northern Colorado. We recently hired CRC to replace one of our 8 metal roofs and we had a great experience. The project was completed in a very high-traffic area, and their team did an outstanding job maintaining a safe work environment while minimizing disruptions.  Our project manager, Sean, was on-site every day ensuring everything stayed on schedule and was completed correctly. The owner, Chris, also stopped in frequently throughout just to check in which we appreciated. The installers adhered to our safety standards, kept the job site clean(only complaint: had one employee catch a nail in their tire but they paid for a new one with 0 hassle), and demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Big kudos to those guys working on a metal roof in 90 degree weather. We’ve had 3 days of rain and not a drop in a building that previously had more than we could count. We will definitely be using Sean and CRC on our other buildings in the near future and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid roofing contractor.
