Jenesis Roofing

I used Jennisis roofing for a roof 2019. I was told I was getting impact resistant class 4 shingles. Just had to replace the roof and discovered the shingles were not in fact class 4 they were class three that look similar. Same manufacturer four different grades of shingles. I contacted Mr. Coudray about my issue. Instead of trying to resolve this issue he insisted that I received what was requested. Owen Corning makes four grades of shingles and Classes. Make sure you get the class rating on your contract. I would not recommend using Jennisis roofing unless you want a bait and switch scenario. The pictures on the left is a class three that was removed vs the impact resistant Owen Corning on the right. Your home is your largest investment. Being forewarned is forearmed.

I discovered I had roof damage around vents and chiminies that, left unrepaired, could have caused water damage. I contacted Jenesis Roofing and explained my issue and asked for someone to come out and take a look. The company was quick to respond to my inquiry and sent a man out the next day to inspect the damage. They explained the needed repairs and within a day I received an estimate which seemed very fair. The work was completed within 8 days of my first contacting them. The entire process was quick and easy. The company was very easy to communicate with and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them.

The other positive reviews are spot on. JP and his crew are very professional and competent. I have an unusual roof,but he provided me with good options on replacement. They completed the work quickly and conducted a good clean up after. Highly recommended.

I live in Boulder and have used Jenesis Roofing for multiple jobs now. Their work is high quality and the service is excellent. They always come very quickly to complete the work once a quote is made. I highly recommend for any jobs you may have!
