Thrilled with the service we received from LEMT roofing! Our new neighbor was using LEMT to replace their roof. We watched them work for several days and were very impressed when one employee come over to tell us they were going to clean up saw dust that got onto our front porch due to the work they were doing. Then, a few days later when the work was almost completed, the project manager, Anthony, knocked on our door and wanted to access our fenced backyard to make sure no debris dropped into our yard. My husband and I were very impressed with how considerate they were being. At this time, I remembered that we had an area of siding on the side of our house that had been damaged due to improper vent coverings. It isn’t a part of the house that anyone really sees, so it wasn’t ever a priority to get it fixed. But when Anthony was over, I decided to show him the area (I saw on their sign that they also did siding work) and asked him if he could give us a quote for fixing it. He took some pictures and told us someone else would be coming out in the next few days and they would give us a final quote. Exactly 2 weeks later, the work was done and it looks great! They even extended the vents and replaced the cover so we won’t have the same damage happen again. If we are in need of additional work in the future, we will definitely reach out to LEMT again.

I hired LEMT after receiving bids from seven roofing contractors for a project that was anything but typical. It involved repairing two sagging roof corners, replacing the roof, soffits, fascia, gutters, and downspouts, as well as reconstructing the open rafter overhang on our mid-century modern home. It was a complex project where experience and attention to detail really mattered. Out of every contractor we met with, Jason provided by far the most detailed estimate. He took the time to truly listen to what was important to us, carefully explained different options, identified potential contingencies to minimize surprises, and patiently worked through several revisions without ever making us feel pressured. His methodical approach, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex decisions into understandable options immediately gave us confidence that we had chosen the right contractor. Throughout the project, Jason’s communication was outstanding. He provided detailed daily logs documenting the work completed along with dozens of progress photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. As demolition uncovered previously hidden issues—particularly with the home’s problematic internal gutters that had caused significant wood rot—Jason adapted quickly. He clearly explained what he found, presented multiple solutions, and offered thoughtful recommendations that balanced long-term performance with our budget. The final solution involved installing a commercial-grade gutter system that will prevent future water issues, and it was obvious how much pride Jason took in delivering a durable, high-quality result. His crew was equally impressive. They were courteous, respectful of our property, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, and demonstrated true craftsmanship throughout the project. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself. Numerous neighbors stopped to compliment the project while it was underway, and several have since asked us for LEMT’s contact information. Our home in Sedalia was hit hard by the hail storm of May 2025. We hadn't experienced hail of this magnitude in the previous 4 years of owning the home, and were unfamiliar with the insane amount of roofing companies that crowded our usually-bare roads peddling door-to-door for business. We were overwhelmed by all of the choices, and on top of that, had a DECRA roof that not every company is equipped to repair. The LEMT salesperson, Rudy, was persistent but kind, and ultimately I'm grateful for his persistence, as our experience with LEMT has been nothing short of spectacular. On top of our home being on the larger side, with an also large shop building that was damaged as well, and our challenging (and expensive) DECRA roof, we were also dropped by State Farm within weeks of notifying them of the damage. We were worried about navigating the claim process with State Farm given that they weren't worried one bit about keeping our business. This is where Jason Cato, LEMT General Manager, came in clutch. Not only did he walk us through the entire process from the beginning and communicate daily on progress and challenges with pictures, but he was absolutely instrumental in us getting this enormous project approved and paid out by State Farm. My husband and I both have too much on our plates, and Jason took so much of the heavy lifting off of our hands by coordinating with our insurance company directly, and where he was unable to do so, provide us with the copy and terminology to assist us in getting through to the black hole that is insurance claim processing. Further proving my point, I spoke with our neighbor who had their wood shingle roof replaced months ago due tot he same storm, and she and her husband are still chasing payments with no idea of where to even escalate the issue. I felt gluttonous sharing our experience with LEMT taking the reigns, not having to worry about how all of this works. While the administrative heavy lifting was a huge help in getting this project approved and paid, the crew was a whole other ball of goodness. They were timely and courteous, and most importantly since we have a ton of animals that are family, their clean up each day was immaculate. Our roof looks crisp and perfect, and was completed far more quickly than we anticipated. This is a long-winded review, and I really could say so much more. My sincerest gratitude to everyone at LEMT for delivering above and beyond on the physical product, and even more so for the massive amount of work that went into getting it all submitted, processed, and approved by our insurance company. Any homeowner would be beyond fortunate to work with them.
