He really gave me the time, attention and service that any customer would be thankful to receive. About a year ago my home owners insurance tried dropping me due to my roofs age, despite it being in fine shape. Ryan helped me maintain my insurance coverage. More recently he and his team did some roof repairs to get my home ready to sell. Great experience both times. Can’t recommend enough!

Ryan was very honest and open from the start and easy to get in contact with. He handled everything on the back end and I never had to lift a finger. We had our roof replaced with Metro City Roofing last December and we are so thankful to have had Ryan in our corner. Through a long process of denial of roof damage by our insurance carrier, appraisal, and ultimately having our claim approved after the appraisal demand meant we finally got our roof replaced.
