From start to finish, the process went smoothly and as promised. Josh met with us and gave us the estimate which was lower than others we received except for one that didn’t have full insurance coverage. There was never any high pressure which I can’t say for all the bids. C&N is fully insured, bonded and covered for any accident on our property, which not all companies have full protection for the homeowner. The crew was hardworking and did excellent work. They cleaned up so well, I haven’t found any nails or screws in the yard. Our neighbors also had C&N replace their underlayment as well with the same results. C&N has been a great company to deal with and we will recommend them to everyone we know that needs a roof repair!

Met with Chris and Chaz for a roof inspection for my home in Glendale. I met with a few other roofing companies and they were pushy came off like car sales people. I didn't like that. Chaz and Chris were much different. They did a full inspection and showed me pricing that was very competitive for an apples to apples product vs what I looking at with other companies. I would have paid even a bit more just given their professional demeanor and professionalism. I would trust them to work on any of my families roofs as well.

Chris came and bid the roof project. He was very clear on all details. He answered any questions I had. I like that he went in the attic to make sure there were no surprises. . The day of roof replacement, crew was here at 6 AM. Great! They worked hard all day and finished my roof in one day. They were very particular on the clean up to get all the nails and debris. I requested the A/C be lifted by crane, and so glad I did. An A/C crew went over the AC and told me my service person had done good work, but needed the drain pipe cleaned. So they cleaned it Every step of the way, if I had questions, they told me the answer. Everyone was polite and hardworking. Definitely a good experience.

C & N Roofing did a fantastic job on my house. They were affordable, honest, fast, and easy to work with. Chris made my roof replacement as easy as it could possibly be. They also cleaned up so well each day. I would highly recommend this company.
