From my initial discussion with Jim McLain to working with Miguel Beltran who oversaw the entire roof replacement, there was a solid understanding of what is likely the best tile roof replacement at a reasonable price in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. They’ve got it down to a science. The materials were professionally predelivered to the roof - perfect. A large new black trash trailer was delivered next and placed on one side of the driveway. The team then showed up in one vehicle each morning at the break of dawn. Three to four days is how long it took for my medium size home’s roof to be replaced like new. The workmanship is incredible, easily visible in the lines and patterns of the roof. One great experience.

We were impressed with Jim when we first met to discuss replacing our roof. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions fully. The price he quoted for our job was in line with the other estimates that we received but we felt more comfortable with him due to his years of experience in the roofing industry. Miguel was in charge of our project and he met with me as scheduled to pick out the materials. He guided me toward the product that seemed most appropriate for our job and not just the most expensive. He helped me figure out the color that would go best with the colors of our house. The team arrived early on the day scheduled and started right away on removing the old roof. I was amazed that by the end of the day they had completed the entire roof replacement and were cleaning up the area. They also removed and hauled away our old swamp cooler that we had requested they take care of for us. For the minimal fee charged for this it was well worth it to have them take this off as it was a heavy piece of machinery that we needed to have taken down. What a relief it was to have this done and to have the job completed in one day! We have had no issues with the roof (although to be fair, we have not had any major storms to contend with either). I don't expect to have any issues if the monsoons actually arrive this year but know that the materials and workmanship are under warranty and that Canyon State Roofing will stand by their work.

We are very happy with canyon State Roofing. Everyone we dealt with from jim McLain, the owner and estimator to Miguel, the job supervisor and the guys on the roof, were true professionals who had the answers to all my questions. The cost was reasonable, and I could not have asked for better service. They went out of their way to be available and prepared and worked very hard to complete a full reroofing job in a day and a half, finishing before the heat set in, and within just a few days from estimate to completion. Mighty impressive, and flawless work from what we can see from the photo history they provide and by looking from street level.
