Had a total roof replacement from diversified and loved it. Jake was my main contact and was fast to respond, their pricing was reasonable and the work was fast. We had a small issue a couple years later and they immediately came out, no questions and fixed it immediately. I love that they stand behind their product and have top notch customer service. Diversified Roofing did my roof to my new construction home. a little over a year of my home being constructed my roof started falling off . Contacted my home warranty and they said I was out of warranty to go to the Roofing company. Long story short they didn't help me with the roof. Had to get a outside company to fix my roof, the Roofing company I hired said it was because Diversified roofing forgot to nail down a few tiles causing it to fall down. 6 years later I have to bring a diff company to fix diversify work as they built it wrong and all water leaked in.

Beware. In the spring of 2018 I had this company re roof my home in Wickenburg. As I recall, back then Diversified had two divisions. The New construction division which did new homes, and a much smaller reroof division that did existing homes. Obviously I was involved with the reroof division. Within one year, I developed a leak in my kitchen. Diversified came out a couple times to find then repair the leak. Their "repair" was to simply apply roofing tar "goop" around the roof mounted AC unit. Even novice me was concerned about a fix like that but accepted it as solved. Doing a fix like that may be okay for a 15 YO roof but for a one year old roof.....not so much. Anyways, a few weeks later I got an invoice for, as I recall, two or three hundred dollars for the warranty repairs! I was stunned! I called their billing department and said I refused to pay for a warranty repair on a one year old roof with a five year warranty. Their reply was "you do not have to pay it, but if you don't pay you will lose your 5 year warranty." I figured that the warranty was pretty much worthless anyways if they are gonna bill me for services so left it at that. Fast forward to this winter....Sure enough the "goop" must've dried out because the leak developed again. I contacted a reputable roofer based here in Wickenburg to repair the problem. A quick inspection revealed that Diversified never properly flashed the AC unit 7 years ago....hence the leak. Now, I will be paying them $1000 to do what should have been properly done in 2018.
