We had the honor and pleasure of working with John at Multi-Pro Roofing in replacing our roof from wind and hail damage. John guided us the whole way through from starting with our claim to over seeing the roof’s completion, and everything in between. Such care was given. Our pool was covered with tarps to protect it, and our patios were covered to keep any staples/nails from falling onto the walkway that our little dogs’ paws might find on his daily journey. These guys think of everything. The workers were very kind and respectful. Shawn and Joshua really delivered an exceptional experience. I never thought that I would be saying that about getting the roof installed. From how they were patient as we were figuring out the best shingles to buy and what upgrades we wanted to delivering the final product. It was great. They followed up and corrected the few problem areas right away. We could not be happier about our experience and the results. We have had the new roof on for about 7 months now. It definitely helped out with the electric bill. Having the ridge vent system installed was a success for that. Now we don’t have any worries about the storms either. Would completely recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions! Very professional, understanding and kind. The clean up after the job was done was amazing. Don’t worry about what the mess looks like during the roofing process. When they leave, you’ll never know they were there. Took our solar panels off and put them back in without a hitch! Solar off in one day, roof completely done in one day and solar out back on in one day. There was nothing long and drawn out about the process. They worked great with our insurance company. If you need a new roof, you need to use these guys!!!
