RENCO Roofing

We used Renco to replace our roof underlayment and we are thrilled with their work. Trey Simonson was our contact and was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and extremely professional. The work they performed was done well and we are happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

This is our second time using Renco and I can say without a doubt the only business I would have do our roofing. We used them in 2017 for our flat roof areas of our home but at that time our tile area was fine. Fast forward to Oct 2025 and our largest area of roof, tile finally needed to be done. We again reached out to Renco knowing that they had been in business for 20 years but also that we had a good experience last time. We worked Trey this time and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. He presented us with several options for our home and explained the differences between each. He was patient while we compared prices to others in the industry and we found once again that Renco’s pricing was good but even better were the warranty options/terms. We liked knowing they had been in business for 20 years so would be around should we ever need to use their warranty work. Trey checked in on us while the install occurred, happily answering any questions we had. All their employees proved to be courtesy and went the extra mile to clean up daily till the project was complete. If you are deciding who to have do your roof.. call Renco and ask for Trey, you will be glad you did and will rest easy knowing your roof work is solid.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful crew. Today, members of this company's roofing team decided to use the private entryway and stones directly in front of the door to my residence as a lunch/break area. When I pulled into my driveway, the crew stared blankly at me and refused to move or disperse so I could safely park and enter my home. I initially thought something had happened because one of the workers was laying down with his arm over his face, but then when I paused and looked they were all chatting casually. Another was eating takeout. Worse, the worker remained laid out flat on the ground for well over an hour, shoes kicked off, chatting away on his cell, forcing the USPS postal worker to step over and around him just to deliver the mail. Total lack of situational awareness, safety protocol, and basic courtesy. Property managers and HOAs should beware of hiring a company that allows its employees to loiter on private resident property and block federal mail carriers. This occurred today 5/14/26 at Villas at Biagio condominiums in Chandler. They had an unmarked vehicle but wore shirts with this company name, at least the worker who was laying down did.
