I ultimately chose a different roofing company because I was uncomfortable with the pricing and sales process. My initial quote was over $20,000, which was significantly higher than the other roofing estimates I received. Within about 30 minutes, I was offered a price of around $14,000, but only if I signed the contract and scheduled the work immediately because of a supposed cancellation. I explained multiple times that I already had several other roofing companies scheduled to provide estimates because I wanted to compare my options before making such a large financial decision. Despite that, both the sales representative and the office staff repeatedly encouraged me to sign that day, telling me I didn’t need additional opinions and reminding me that I could always cancel within three days without penalty. I do want to say that my sales representative was very kind, respectful, and pleasant to work with. My issue wasn’t with him personally. However, he called the office several times during our meeting, and based on those interactions, it felt like there was a strong emphasis on getting the contract signed that day. That high-pressure approach was very different from the experience I had with every other roofing company I met with. Replacing a roof is a major investment, and I wasn’t comfortable being pressured to make an immediate decision before comparing estimates. The significant price reduction tied to signing immediately, combined with the repeated pressure to commit, caused me to lose confidence in the process. Because of that experience, I decided to hire a different roofing company.

We had a fantastic experience. Joey was our point of contact and he really took the time to go over his findings by thoroughly walking our roof and taking lots of pictures. He communicated all the options with us and there was absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision. Rob’s Roofing installed a new roof on my Mom’s house and since they did such a great job and with Joey being her point of contact as well, it was a no-brainer to hire Rob’s Roofing as our installer. Thank you to Rob's roofing! They were quick and did a great job. The project manager Kaleb did a very thorough inspection of my cramped attic to find all the leaks that I didn't know I had and get those boards replaced. They also replaced all my vents and reconnected my dryer vent which happened to be disconnected and venting into my attic. After first contact I had the inspection the next day on a Saturday and work started that Thursday. They quoted me 1 week to finish along with removing and reinstalling my solar but the roofers were mostly done after two days of work. They finished completely that Monday and they worked incredibly efficiently, while cleaning up during the day and at the end of each day. My solar was reinstalled early Wednesday 6 days after the project start due to a scheduling conflict that Tuesday. They just had to come back for some paint touch ups/cleanup and sealing up some bird netting around my solar which they offered to newly install for free since I didn't have any before. I got sold on the elevated battens which should hopefully extend the life of the roof system and maybe help on some HVAC costs with the air gap from the roof tile to the roof deck. Overall it was a pleasant experience and it feels great to be protected from roof leaks for my 30 year warranty. Thank you!

Anthony and Kaleb were extremely helpful and informative. They were always available to answer my questions. Leydali in the office was fabulous.; patient and went out of her way to help me with my concerns. The roof crew were always on time and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.
