From the initial phone call to the final completion documents sent to our insurance company, Vero Exteriors was top notch & provided white-glove service. I had done my due diligence, contacted several roofing companies & chose Vero Exteriors due the thoroughness & honest evaluation of our roofing needs, provided by Russ. He went above and beyond! Upon arrival, Jose stepped in as our project manager/supervisor and he also showed complete professionalism and the same thoroughness, down to every detail. We had literally zero inconvenience & it was completed in just 2 days, including a very detailed cleanup. I highly recommend Vero Exteriors for your roofing needs! Josh made a pleasant introduction to Vero at the door and Noah was great and very truthful. They did the job on time. The job looks done professionally and quickly. 2 day turn around time on the roof itself. Clean up was very well done after the fact. Overall I was very happy with the work that was done.

I had a roof leak in my front living room after the crazy AZ October storms. I diligently and deliberately researched many roofing companies in the Phoenix area. I had 4, yes 4 different companies come to my home to do an inspection and estimate. NOT ONE company asked to get into my attic, to look for possible damage or mold. EXCEPT VERO!!!! VERO DID!!! They did, with out being asked too. Noah & Steven were the 2 gentlemen that came to my house for the inspection & estimate. They arrived right on time at 10am. They walked my roof & attic. They took many pictures & videos. The inspection & information took about 3hrs. It was NOT a pressure sale. They answered all my questions & even educated me on roof “things” I had no idea about. We even had Mojitos (virgin duh) Long story short I was BEYOND impressed with their attention to detail, company (unbiased) reviews on Google & the BBB. The men were very pleasant & full of information. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. As a female I’m always worried about being taken advantage of. I know NOTHING about roofs. I can save your life (no problem) but roofs…..nothing. We met on a Tuesday & work began that following Thursday. They had a crew of 8 men & the work was completed in 24hrs. I had my entire roof upgraded with Gator Seal weather tech, new batons & some new tiles. The attic luckily, had very minimal damage. Nothing needing major work. The final inspection and payment was done the next day. It was a very stressful situation for me, but having the experts from Vero, was a HUGE help. Their caring attitude, promptness & attention to detail put me at ease. I would 100% recommend Vero Exteriors, Steven & Noah to anyone needing a new or fixed roof ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
