My experience with this company was great until I received my order which was damaged and had incorrect panel sizes. Will never buy from this company again. Had shipping damage and product issues that took over a month to partially resolve. Over 20+ emails, 10+ calls, and being told they would call me back...they never did. IT TOOK ME FILING A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE WITH MY BANK FOR THEM TO ANSWER MY EMAILS AND ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS. Extremely frustrating experience this company. Buyer Beware... Items I ordered were received damaged (dents and scratches) and wrong sizes. Requested 6.5' and 7.5' panels, received 6' 5" and 7' 5". Sales person admitted their mistake and offered a discount on new items. No offer to fix the probably they created other than spend more money on discounted items off my next purchase. Requested paint to repair the scratched panels from shipping damage and they tried to charge me for the paint. When someone actually took my call, they stated I should not have to pay for the paint. Took over a month for them to actually provide an invoice to order the paint at no cost to me. Fyi, during the whole experience I dealt with multiple people because there seems to be a high turnover rate of employees leaving the company. Again, buyer beware…

I arrived onsite it was my first time and Daniel from sales greeted me and helped me out 100%. Huge shout out to Daniel for his fantastic customer service and knowledge on what I was looking for! Daniel is a great employee, he really left me impressed! Daniel directed me to Angel who was fast and efficient in loading me up with the forklift! Outstanding 5 star customer service from Daniel, Angel and WSMR!!

Excellent customer service My salesman Brian was excellent!! Had the answer to any questions I had and was prompt to respond to any phone calls or texts I had. The CORE-ten is excellent material. Turn around time from when I ordered the product was very fast. Very happy with the product and the experience working with this company
