I met Gabe Doss with Ideal Precision Roofing right after going thru a terrible hail storm. He was out here talking with different residents, a seniors 55+ Community, trying to help us out! Along with several other “roofing companies!?” Gabe didn’t seem to be out trying to just make money off the hail storm like the others, he really wanted to help us! I connected with him right off, very informative & patient with all my questions! You see I had just had a new roof put on by a local Medina company, 18 days old when the hail storm hit! And they didn’t even have time to talk to me!!! They had my check! And didn’t mess with Insurance companies, that was up to me to handle!!! So, I had Gabe’s card & totally over whelmed like so many of my neighbor’s, I called him & so thankful I did! I’m one of four who signed on with Gabe! And he spent almost 2 hours out here talking with me, explaining how the process worked with Insurance & taking pictures … of everything! I was very impressed with this young man to say the least & he took it from there! Ideal Precision Roofing’s Insurance Department handled it all & I was just amazed at what they were able to get approved! They just finished my total NEW ROOF & it’s beautiful, and I’m thrilled!!! They will do my carport next week & finish up with vinyl repairs! Their whole crew is top notch & very professional. James K. was wonderful to work with and always addressed any concerns that came up. Our roofers were quick, did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards. The house painters/siding team was exceptional! After over 13 years in our home, we now smile every time we pull up. Highly recommend this company and their team of workers. You never know what you're going to get whenever you begin conversations with a new contractor. I could not have hoped for a better roofer to arrive at my door than Mr. Jeff Beasley. He feels like a trusted friend immediately, and you get the sense that he genuinely cares about doing what is best for you. As long as he is around, I do not intend to give business to any other roofer other than Ideal Precision Roofing. I hired them after a bad experience with a different contractor. The diagnosis that I received from Jeff made a lot of sense, and the ultimate price point was not as alarming as I had feared. Even though there was some more severe damage found whenever the work began, the cost was still kept at a reasonable rate, and I feel confident that the issue was properly addressed. Working with Jeff and Ideal Precision Roofing was such a refreshing experience, and it has restored my faith that there are still contractors who put the customer first.
