Savannah Ortiz she was lovely, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful answering my questions. She set up an appointment for literally the next day, Jose then called me and confirmed my roof inspection appointment with him and he also made me feel just at ease and very comfortable because of how knowledgeable he was about all of the roof parts I swear he quite literally dissected the problem over conversation before even arriving. Upon his arrival he came and introduced himself, he physically got on the roof inspected all of the roof I mean everything, he finished up his inspection, within an hour he had Jose and Ricky come and set up the tarp on my roof they were very punctual and quick setting up the tarp.

The team at @Nestled roofing were awesome. They treated me along with members of my family with courtesy, kindness and respect. They showed thier superior professionalism in how they made getting my repairs done in timely fashion with little to no disruption to my day to day routines. I would recommend Jose and his team to anyone and everyone who is need of roofing services. Additionally, they have continued to reach out to offer support, kindness and encouragement to my in my battle against bladder cancer. I am in the process of selling my home and had a few things come up in my home inspection report. My realtor recommended Nick with Nestled Roofing. He was prompt, efficient, and explained everything that needed to get repaired. I loves his report with pictures it made it easy to understand what was wrong and what he was going to fix. I will definitely continue to call Nick on any roof issues I have.

Keep in mind although they offer a “referral fee” if you refer new clients to them, they don’t actually pay you. My neighbor referred us and we had a roof done at my mother’s house and our own house. The neighbor never received a referral fee. We referred one of our neighbors who got their roof done, we never received a referral fee. We emailed them as did my neighbor, zero response. I’ve had several people interested in knowing who had done our roof but I’ve told them that I didn’t feel good about referring anyone else to them. That’s a shame. Nick and his team did an excellent job on TWO of our houses after a recent hail storm. They gave us a great price, answered all of our questions and the quality of the work was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure any of our concerns we handled immediately, he stayed until the jobs were completed and he made sure everything went smooth and on time.
