Shield Roofing is an excellent company. Frank, the manager, walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood every step. After a long stretch of severe weather with heavy rain and freezing temperatures, Michelle came out to inspect my roof. Years of storms had taken a toll, and it was clear the roof needed to be replaced. Frank and his team went above and and beyond by working directly with my insurance company. They handled the claim, found some missing items on the report, and helped make the process much less stressful for us. Shield Roofing is GAF certified, which I learned is "given to only a small percentage of roofing contractors nationwide." That gave us even more confidence in their work. Despite the tough weather conditions, Frank’s skilled crew replaced the entire roof in less than one day. The finished result looks absolutely beautiful. Trey and the Shield Roofing team did great work. Trey was super helpful when it came to explaining everything and communicating as work was progressing along with explaining what the process would look like prior to it taking place. I would like to say that Trey, the person I worked with, did an amazing job. From the estimate to the final payment, he was in direct contact with us. The whole thing took only 1 day.
