We were referred to Spartan by a coworker, and they were among several roofing companies we considered to replace our roof after we developed a leak during the heavy rain this spring. David worked with my work schedule to come by in the afternoon for an inspection and estimate, and was very thorough. We had been through another quote previously, so he did a great job covering everything, while not spending too much time explaining things we’d already learned about. He was also very up front about the age and condition of our roof, and the factors that might affect the job once they got started. This was in contrast to other quotes we received that either priced in every bit of work possible with no middle ground, and another that promised we wouldn’t pay more than X dollars no matter what they found. We were also pleasantly surprised with Spartan’s financing options, which we ended up using. There was great communication leading up to the job, including when more rain pushed us back a week, and when materials would arrive. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the project lead kept me up to date throughout the day regarding the progress, and issues they encountered. We ended up needing more work than we had hoped (and therefore spending more than we would have liked) but knowing before hand that those were possibilities and were accounted for in addendums to the budget meant that in the end there were no surprises. Both the work and the product were excellent. Working with a company that listened to our needs and concerns made what might have otherwise been an extremely stressful purchase and process much more bearable. They treated us like neighbors, and not just customers. I would highly recommend anyone looking for roof work to at minimum call Spartan for an inspection and quote. Especially if you’re unsure about the condition of your existing roof, or how much work you might need. You’ll get honest feedback about what you need, and a fair price for the work to be done.

I hired Spartan to replace our siding with HardiePlank & caulk and paint our house & pool house. They did great work from beginning to end. I thanked Mike for his professionalism and follow-through several times during the project. The entire team was quick and efficient. Spartan completed the entire project in 5 days. I will definitely contract with Spartan in the future & recommend y’all do as well. Ask for Mike… professional, honest & completes what he starts.

The roof of our 7 year old home was compromised in several areas. The initial damage was discovered the fall of 2023, after severe weather/rain storms. Home was purchased that summer so no roof warrantee. Received a quote from a large(r) roofing company but Spartan was recommended by a friend and described as fair, honest and thorough. David Keller, owner, came to the house the day after I called him, did a thorough inspection, and provided a quote that was close to, but less than the larger company. We went with Spartan after receiving glowing reviews from our friend, and after meeting David. We are very pleased with our new roof and the solid communication we received throughout the entire process. David is just what our friend said, honest, full of integrity and paid full attention to detail. If we ever need another roof (if we were to sell this house), we will absolutely call David and Spartan roofing. Obviously, we heartily recommend Spartan roofing!

Highly recommend Spartan Roofing! David really took care of us from the beginning. We felt confident choosing Spartan after a great consultation. When they came to do the work, we expected it to take all day like we’ve seen other companies take at our neighbors’ houses. Nope! The crew came early in the morning and were all done by 2pm.
